Catherine Cryan

Catherine Cryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and portfolio management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Analysis & Transformation at SS&C Technologies since July 2023. In this role, Catherine established the framework for the new Change & Portfolio Management department and oversees a team of approximately 70 members in EMEA Delivery BA Practice. Prior to SS&C Technologies, Catherine was the Head of Business Analysis & Portfolio Management at eShopWorld, focusing on Agile Transformation and strategic initiatives, and held a BA Manager position at International Financial Data Services, leading enterprise-level change initiatives. Catherine's background also includes significant contributions at HSBC, where a Business Analysis function was established within a new Transformation department. With a solid educational foundation, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Management and a BSc in Computing (Business Information Systems), Catherine has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving organizational change and enhancing business processes throughout her career.
