Frances O'Keefe is a passionate People Development Specialist focused on early careers, talent development, learning, and career management. With experience as a Senior Manager in Learning & Development at SS&C Technologies, Frances was responsible for the overall L&D strategy, including the Early Careers Talent Programmes and in-house training. Previously, Frances held various roles at International Financial Data Services, such as Client Services Manager, where they oversaw the design and delivery of training for staff. Frances is currently pursuing an HR Consultant Partner Level 5 apprenticeship and holds an Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD Qualifications.
