James Richards is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in reward strategy and implementation across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Reward for EMEA at SS&C Technologies since July 2019, James is responsible for developing EMEA’s reward strategy across 24 countries, focusing on employee benefits and incentive schemes while actively engaging with HR leadership and senior stakeholders. Prior roles include Head of Reward at DST Financial Services International Ltd, and Director at JR Interim HR Ltd, which James founded to provide HR consultancy services. With a background in compensation and benefits management at MoneyGram International and a strong foundation in human resources established at International Power plc and National Power plc, James' expertise encompasses both strategic and operational aspects of HR functions. James holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of the West of England.
