Jill McFate is a dynamic and driven professional with over eighteen years of experience in the Investment Management and Financial Services industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Fund Administration at SS&C ALPS, they oversee strategic direction and client relationships while focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Jill has previously held leadership roles, including Financial Reporting Manager at Northern Trust Corporation, where they led the implementation of SEC reporting standards and educated clients on compliance requirements. A breast cancer survivor, Jill finds strength through coaching and supporting other women during their journeys.
