Patrick Cliffe

Patrick Cliffe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in senior legal roles within the financial services sector. Currently, Patrick serves as Senior Director - Legal at SS&C Technologies since April 2018. Previously, Patrick held a similar position at DST Systems from June 2007 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading a legal team and supporting multiple business divisions following IFDS's acquisition. Notably, as Legal Director at IFDS Managers Ltd, Patrick oversaw legal matters for collective investment schemes, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. Earlier in Patrick's career, the role of Head of Legal & Commercial at Northgate Information Solutions was undertaken between 2003 and 2007.
