Peter Beardsmore

Peter Beardsmore is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of AI & ML at SS&C Technologies since June 2023. Prior to this role, Peter was the Analytics Technology Manager at Dyson from June 2022 to June 2023 and held the position of Operational Strategy Lead at St. James’s Place Wealth Management from September 2018 to July 2022, where Peter led the development of a significant machine learning project. Peter’s career began with a rotational graduate role, tackling cross-divisional process automation and responsible investment strategies. Peter also gained experience as an Investment Data Intern at St. James’s Place Wealth Management in 2017, and worked part-time as a Healthcare Assistant at LloydsPharmacy from 2012 to 2014. Peter earned a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and another Master's degree in Investment and Wealth Management from the University of Birmingham.
