Roger Sai

Roger Sai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience management, currently serving as Senior Director of Client Experience at SS&C Technologies since April 2020, after holding the position of Director of Client Experience APAC at the same company. Prior to this role, Roger Sai worked at SS&C Advent from November 2009 to March 2020, advancing through various positions including Director of Client Services APAC and Senior Client Services Manager APAC. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Testing Management Engineer at Lenovo and Software Development Engineer In Test at Beijing RayooTech Co., Ltd. Roger Sai began his career as an Information Technology Engineer at Shandong International Economic Trade Information Center. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Central University of Finance and Economics and a BS in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Jinan.
