Soni Thomas

Soni Thomas has over three decades of experience in IT and project management, with a strong focus on healthcare systems and ERP implementations. Beginning as an IT Supervisor at Bharath Cancer Hospital, responsibilities included maintaining LAN systems and managing hospital databases. Soni progressed to roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at International Systems Engineering, successfully deploying secure virtual networks and managing a web-based workflow system for BAE Systems. As a Freelancer, projects included developing management systems using Visual Basic for Vidyaranya Academy of Computing. Soni also held positions at BAE Systems, contributing to business analysis and software development, and later served as the Head of the Program Management Office at International Systems Engineering and currently as a Senior Project Manager at SS&C Technologies.
