Strategic operations leadership for purpose-driven businesses with distributed teams.

Founded in 2023, we partner with founders and leadership teams who want clarity, structure, and systems that work across time zones. Without burnout or constant firefighting.

We offer two service lines. Each designed for a specific stage of operational maturity.

Fractional COO Services
For established businesses that need executive-level operational leadership.

We embed as your Fractional Chief Operating Officer and work directly with founders and CEOs to:
Set operational strategy aligned to business goals
Build decision clarity and accountability across distributed leadership
Design scalable systems and processes that work without proximity
Lead execution and change across the organization
Create infrastructure that supports sustainable growth

This is strategic, embedded, leadership-driven work.
We help you build a business that runs without you.

Executive Assistant Services
For businesses that need reliable operational support but are not yet ready for executive oversight.

Our Executive Assistants provide structured, consistent support across:
Day-to-day operations and project coordination
Process documentation and follow-through
Vendor management and calendar coordination
Executive support and operational continuity

This service creates stability and capacity so founders can focus on growth instead of chaos.

How We Think About Operations
Revenue hides problems. Operations reveal them.
Businesses don't fail from a lack of ideas. They stall from a lack of structure and execution.

Fractional COO services address leadership, strategy, and scale.
Executive Assistant services address support, organization, and capacity.
Different stages. Different needs. Same standard of excellence.

SSD Consulting helps businesses move forward with clarity, structure, and confidence so founders can lead with peace of mind.
