Ben Lapham

Ben Lapham is currently serving as Project Development Manager - EV at SSE plc since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at InstaVolt from November 2017 to July 2023, including Lead Project Developer, Project Developer, and Asset Administrator. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Coordinator at Croydex from November 2016 to November 2017, and working as a CAD Technician at Charles & Associates Consulting Engineers Ltd and Electranet UK Limited from December 2015 to November 2016 and April 2015 to December 2015, respectively. Early career development involved an apprenticeship at WSP from August 2013 to April 2015. Ben's educational background includes attendance at Ringwood School from 2008 to 2013.
