Leanne Saunders is a dedicated and results-driven leader currently serving as the Head of Service Operations and Delivery at SSE plc. With extensive experience in IT service delivery and operations, Leanne has held roles such as Head of Service Management and Information Security Manager at various organizations, including the Royal Navy and NATO. Certified in multiple methodologies, including ITIL4 and Lean Six Sigma, Leanne specializes in driving continuous improvement and managing high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions. Leanne holds an MBCS from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and is pursuing Leadership and Management qualifications.
