Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor currently serves as the Head of Commercial ICP/Private Networks at SSE plc since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Regional Commercial Manager at Enerveo from August 2019 to February 2023, overseeing PFI contracts in the North. Mark's experience also includes serving as a Commercial Contract Manager and Quantity Surveyor at SSE Contracting, where focus was placed on managing the financial and commercial performance of street lighting PFI contracts. Earlier in the career, Mark worked as an Estimating Manager at HBXL and as an Estimator at Liquid Roofing Ltd, where duties included estimating for significant construction projects. Mark began the professional journey as a Senior Estimator at Estimators Ltd, producing estimates for complex residential developments. Mark holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside an HNC in Construction from Warrington Collegiate.
