Peter Vujanic

Peter Vujanic is a thought leader in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) within the electricity networks sector, currently serving as the Head of SHE at SSE plc. With extensive experience spanning various engineering and policy roles, Peter has a proven track record in transformational change and sustainable safety performance improvement. They previously held significant positions at the Health and Safety Executive and the Department of Trade & Industry, shaping national policy and standards for the electricity sector. Peter has actively engaged with stakeholders to foster a culture of safety and has chaired the national Energy Networks Association’s Public Safety Committee since 2014. They hold a BEng(Hons) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath and a Diploma in Management Studies from The Open University.
