Simon Hannah

Simon Hannah is a skilled commercial and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in the global energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial (Assets) at SSE plc, Simon leads a diverse team focused on innovative solutions for decarbonizing heat networks. Previously, Simon held roles at EDF Energy, including Senior Commercial Structuring Manager and Head of Commercial, Waste & Decommissioning, where they successfully navigated complex negotiations and managed high-value contracts. Additionally, Simon serves as Chairperson for CAMEO Day Centres, guiding the organization through critical post-COVID recovery efforts. Simon holds a First Class BSc and PhD in Biology from the University of Leeds.
