Ashraf Al-Garf is a seasoned Project Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the real estate and building industry, focusing on pre-design, design, construction, planning, and management. Al-Garf obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2006, enhancing their expertise in the administrative and financial aspects of construction projects. Currently, they serve as the Managing Partner at Pinnacle-PMC and General Manager at SSH Design, drawing on extensive experience managing governmental and private sector projects throughout the GCC, North Africa, and the MENA region. Prior roles included Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Projacs International, as well as Chief Architect and Head of Design at Kuwait Technical Consulting Bureau.
