Siby George

Siby George has extensive work experience in corporate affairs and business development. Siby began their career in 2008 as a Business Development Manager at RUSAYL General Trading & Contracting. In 2010, they joined SSH Design and held various positions including Corporate Affairs Manager, Associate Director - Corporate Affairs, Director Corporate Affairs, and currently serves as the Director Corporate Affairs & Change.

Siby George's education history begins in 1991 when they completed their Higher Secondary School education at Holy Cross Higher Secondary School in Raipur, Chattisgarh. Siby went on to attend Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, and Accountancy. In 1995, they pursued further education at Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, completing an MBA in Marketing and Finance from 1995 to 1997.

Years later, in 2007, Siby George attended the Indian Statistical Institute, earning a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Business Process Enhancement. That same year, they also received a Lead Auditor certification in Quality Management System ISO 9001 from ISO 9001.

Continuing their professional development, Siby George attended the MTE Global in 2017, where they completed an Expert Compensation & Benefits Masterclass in HR/ Comp & Ben.

In the following years, Siby George pursued additional certifications and programs. In 2021, they completed the Distinguished Rewards Ready program in Rewards Management from AON. The following year, in 2022, they pursued a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, Siby George attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they completed the Executive Programme in Strategic HR Management, specializing in HR Management.
