Trevor Mill

Trevor Mill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in regulatory sciences and global development across several leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Notably, Trevor served as SVP and Global Head of Regulatory Sciences at Biogen, where responsibilities included co-leading the Global Development Organisation. Additionally, Trevor held roles such as SVP Head of Global Safety and Regulatory Sciences and VP of International Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at Biogen. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson and as Regulatory Advisor at Lederle Laboratories. Trevor was a VP for Regulatory Affairs at Pfizer and is currently the Chief Development Officer at COMPASS Pathways, overseeing R&D from Phase 2 to Phase 3. Trevor is set to take on the role of Senior Vice President at SSI Strategy beginning January 2025.
