From 2018 to 2023, Dorian served as a General Manager at Grammarly and held multiple advisory roles at companies such as Juntos, Inc., WorkBoard Inc., and Hustle. Previously, Dorian co-founded the Global Customer Experience Practice at McKinsey & Company and led efforts in the insurance and banking sectors.
