Garrett Ross

Garrett Ross has extensive experience in human resources, serving as a Sr. HR Generalist and Onboarding Lead at SSOE Group from September 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading onboarding efforts and supporting organizational change. Prior to this role, Garrett was a Human Resources Generalist, partnering with the HR Manager to provide support for over 300 employees. Garrett's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist for Corvallis School District 509J from June 2018 to August 2021, acting as the primary HR contact for over 400 employees and managing onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Business Administration with an International Business option from Oregon State University and a Bachelor's Degree Option in International Business from the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno.
