Tim Oates

Tim Oates has over 25 years of experience in healthcare architecture, specializing in hospital designs and renovations. They have held various roles, including Architect 4 at SSOE Group, where they currently work in the Industrial projects group, and previously served as Associate and Sr. Project Coordinator at Moody Nolan. Tim has demonstrated expertise in code analysis, medical planning, and project coordination, and has utilized a range of software tools like Revit and AutoCAD throughout their career. An alumnus of The Ohio State University and Boston Architectural College, they are also CSI certified and have contributed to the development of the AIA award Intern Development program.
