Josiah Chan

Josiah Chan is a dedicated student at Mounds View Senior High School, graduating in 2026, with a strong focus on science and leadership. Josiah has served as a Research Intern at the Plasma Power Propulsion Laboratory, investigating carbon footprints and collaborating on the development of a mobile application. In their current roles, Josiah is the Captain of both the Mounds View Chapter of Science Olympiad and the United States of America Biology Olympiad, guiding peers in their academic pursuits. Additionally, they hold positions as the President of the HOSA-Future Health Professionals MV Chapter and the Marketing Coordinator for the Embracify Foundation, where they contribute to mental wellness initiatives. As a co-founder and CEO of Plantrify, Josiah has developed tools to assist teenagers in managing productivity while promoting mental health.
