Meg Burt

Meg Burt is a seasoned environmental professional with significant experience in the mining industry. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental Affairs at SSR Mining Inc. since July 2019, Meg has previously held the role of Director of Environmental Affairs for North America and Senior Environmental Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation from November 2006 to July 2019. Meg Burt holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hamilton College.
