Darby Steiger currently serves as the Director of Qualitative Research & Survey Design at SSRS, leading the expansion of the qualitative practice through expertise in methodology, design, execution, and delivery of qualitative research. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Survey Methodologist at Westat, where Darby directed qualitative and quantitative research for federal clients and fostered innovative methodological designs. Earlier, as Principal Consultant at Gallup, Darby managed large-scale research studies, designed survey instruments, and directed the Gallup Panel, in addition to conducting qualitative research and training. Darby holds two Master of Arts degrees in Survey Methodology and Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
