Lloyd Irving

Lloyd Irving is an experienced professional in the field of survey development and technical account management, currently serving as the Forsta champion and Confirmit survey and dashboard developer at SSRS since May 2021. Prior to this, Lloyd was the Managing Director at Magnify Solutions from September 2010 to November 2020, where significant contributions were made in supporting Confirmit clients. Lloyd also held the position of Senior Technical Account Manager at Confirmit from May 2007 to September 2010, focusing on securing high-value client deals by addressing technical needs and showcasing Confirmit functionalities. Earlier experience includes serving as the Application Manager for Confirmit at the British Council from January 2000 to May 2007, where Lloyd managed Confirmit for 132 global offices and trained over 100 users. Educational background includes a BA in Hospitality Management from The University of Salford from 1996 to 2000.
