Phil Benner

Phil Benner has extensive experience in the field of sampling, currently serving as the Director of Sampling at SSRS since October 1991. Prior to this role, Phil Benner worked at ICR/International Communications Research from October 1991 to October 1998, where responsibilities included Sample Programmer, Senior Sample Programmer, Administrative Assistant, Clerk, and Telephone Interviewer. Phil Benner completed studies at Delaware County Community College from 1987 to 1989.
