President and CEO of Specialized Staffing, Idania brings with her over 30 years of experience in the industry. She began her career as a staffing coordinator at Handy Andy and in 1999 decided to branch off with Robert Stack and begin Custom Staffing. After a few years and with the expansion of the business, Idania decided to open SSSI in 2006. In 2013, SSSI took over Custom Staffing creating the successful company it is today.
