Andy Williams

Andy Williams has extensive experience in financial management. Andy served as the Chief Financial Officer at SSY from June 2017, and later took on the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer from June 2017 to December 2018. In this position, they were responsible for various financial tasks, including monthly consolidation, maintenance of Partner's capital accounts, and review of statutory reporting and compliance.

Prior to their tenure at SSY, Andy worked at JKX Oil & Gas Plc from June 2011 to May 2017 as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Andy supported the Chief Financial Officer and Board in executing the company's corporate strategy. Their key responsibilities included statutory reporting, management reporting, control, and expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP, Companies Act, and governance.

Before that, Andy served as a Senior Manager at BDO UK LLP from 2001 to 2011, specializing in the Natural Resources Group. Andy advised various Natural Resources companies, predominantly in the oil & gas and mining sectors, on financial matters. Andy also had experience in doing business across different regions, including the UK, Europe, Africa, Russia, China, Far East, and Australasia.

Andy began their career as a Manager at BDO Stoy hayward in September 1995, where they worked until 2001.

Andy Williams attended Haydon from 1985 to 1992. Andy then pursued a degree in Mathematics with Computing at the University of Nottingham from 1992 to 1995.
