Emily Oak has extensive experience in the coffee industry and hospitality education. From February 2005 to January 2013, Emily worked at TAFE NSW as a teacher and course creator at the Sydney Coffee Academy. Following this role, Emily held positions at St. Ali Coffee Roasters, first as the NSW & QLD Wholesale Manager from January 2013 to December 2016, and later as NSW State Manager & Key Account Manager from January 2017 to September 2022. Additionally, Emily served as the Training and Development Manager at Australian Independent Roasters from May 2008 to December 2012, and as a Director for the World Barista Championship from June 2008 to October 2011, contributing to the growth of this premier international coffee event. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government and History from the University of Sydney.
