Devan Colley is currently the Chief Development Officer at St. Andrew's School, bringing extensive experience in development and communications. Previously, Devan has held roles such as Director of Development & Communications at Communities In Schools of Chesterfield and Communications & Development Manager at LISC Virginia. Devan's background includes significant volunteer management, program development, and event planning, all shaped by a two-year volunteer experience in Bolivia that deeply influenced their values and work ethic. They hold a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses in Women's Studies, International Studies, and Social Change and Leadership from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
