Jagdis Kumar

Jagdis Kumar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, coaching, and training. Currently serving as an Employability Coach at St Basils since September 2022, Jagdis supports vulnerable young people aged 16-25 who are NEET and have experienced homelessness. Prior experience includes a role as Development Manager at EDANPOWER LTD, where Jagdis facilitated data transfer to improve customer relations, and as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant at The Pines School, supporting Autistic children. Additionally, Jagdis spent 14 years as Lead Artist at Dance Sansaar, and worked as a Training Manager at the Driving Standards Agency, coordinating training programs for employees. Educational qualifications include studies at University College Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield College, Sandwell College, Broadway Sixth Form, and Aston Manor School.
