Jon Wood

Jon Wood is the Head of New Business at Citizen Housing Group, a position held since 2018. They previously served as the Head of Construction at WM Housing Group for a brief period in 2018 and worked as a Development Manager at Waterloo Housing Group from 2006 to 2017. Jon began their career as a Junior Surveyor at Barnsley Bate Chartered Building Surveyors and later became a Service Leader at Bromford Group. Additionally, they hold the role of Ordinary Director at St Basils since 2025 and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Building Surveying/Building Management at UCE, where they have achieved a 2:1 (Hons).
