Since its inception in 1996, ST Consultores has gained an important position in the national and regional market, offering consultancy and system development services and qualified staff for projects. Constant innovation, learning and teamwork are key features of our company.

We have years of experience in recruiting staff for our own projects, for outsourcing and for other companies. For this reason, in 2012, ST Consultores strengthened its commitment towards Staff Recruitment.

In the beginning, we only specialized in IT profiles, but now we have gained experience in other areas such as Engineers of all fields, Accountants, Accounting Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Secretaries, Receptionists, Translators, Graphic Designers, Sales Representatives and Business Agents.

Our selections are carried out by recruitment professionals with many years of experience in recruitment processes. We conduct multilingual selections.

Our work is characterized by confidentiality and discretion, both for clients and applicants. We commit to select the people best suited to the demands of the position and the culture of each organization.

Throughout the recruitment process, applicants are informed about their situation regarding the vacancy, even when they are no longer considered for the position. This is a way to repay them for their time and dedication. This feature sets us apart and has been highly recognized by those who have been part of our selection processes.
