Alan Goh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of M&A at ST Engineering since October 2021, Alan previously held the position of Vice President of Group Strategic Investments at Singtel from December 2011 to October 2021. Prior to this, Alan was the Executive Director at Ivory Capital Asia for nearly a decade and began a career in investment banking as an analyst at Lehman Brothers. Academic qualifications include a General Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia.
