Allan Pang

Allan Pang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in smart city solutions, technology leadership, and defense relations. Currently serving as Head of Mobility Payment and Head of Technology at ST Engineering, Allan leads initiatives in smart city technologies, research and development, and funding. Previously, Allan held the position of Vice President in Marketing, focusing on global markets for smart city infrastructure. Allan's career also includes roles as Technical Director at Beca and Chief Technology Officer at ST Electronics, where Allan was instrumental in developing R&D strategies and fostering collaborations with academic and research institutions. Allan's early career included significant contributions to the Singapore Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Armed Forces, where Allan played key roles in project management, organizational development, and strengthening international defense relations. Allan holds multiple degrees, including First Class Honours from the University of Manitoba and has completed advanced leadership and management programs at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
