Benjamin Shih

Benjamin Shih is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Deputy Department Manager at ST Engineering Advanced Networks and Sensors since January 2023, with a concurrent role as Solutions Architect at ST Engineering since September 2020. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Senior Project Engineer at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore, where key responsibilities included leading the Communications Backbone Network for the Thomson-Eastcoast Line, managing contractors, and ensuring project progress through collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Benjamin's extensive experience at ST Engineering spans over a decade, encompassing various roles from Project Engineer to Asst Principal Engineer, focusing on system integration, team development, and customer relations. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
