Bernard Chow has over 29 years of experience in the mobility sector, having served as the Deputy Head of Mobility (Rail & Road) at ST Engineering Electronics from 1994 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Mobility (Rail & Road) at ST Engineering. Bernard also pursued education at IMD in 2011 and is currently studying at the University of Birmingham.
