Boon Leong Tan

Boon Leong Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at ST Engineering since July 2007, currently serving as VP and Head of DeepBrain, specializing in Data Science and Information. Tan's leadership encompasses the development of Artificial Intelligence systems and data platforms, as well as the strategic direction for data analytics and AI initiatives. Previous roles at ST Engineering include AVP of Intelligence & Sensemaking and Deputy Head of the Smart Enterprise Platform, where responsibilities included developing advanced analytics capabilities and establishing a product vision for data-driven solutions. Prior to joining ST Engineering, Tan worked as a Security Engineer at BT. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Knowledge Engineering from the National University of Singapore, an Executive Education certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
