Cedric Foo

Cedric Foo is the Group Chief Financial Officer and Advisor in Corporate Development at ST Engineering since October 2016. Foo served as a Member of Parliament and held various ministerial roles, including Minister of State for Defence and the Ministry of National Development, from 2001 to June 2020. Previously, Foo was the Group Deputy President and CFO at Neptune Orient Lines from May 2005 to June 2016, overseeing corporate finance functions. Additional leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at JTC Corporation and Enterprise Singapore. Foo's early career includes senior finance positions at Singapore Airlines.
