Chwan Chieh Foo

Chwan Chieh Foo possesses extensive experience in project and operations management within the defense and technology sectors. Beginning a career as an Applications Engineer at Test Research Inc., Chwan progressed through roles at YESTech Inc., Viscom AG, and ST, ultimately becoming Project Manager before transitioning to more senior roles. During tenure at 2DM as an Application Specialist, and later, as Assistant Senior Manager at the NUS Centre for Advanced 2D Materials, expertise in advanced materials and applications was further developed. Currently, Chwan serves as Head of Homeland Security at Unicorn International under ST Engineering, after a managerial position in defense systems at Force 21. Academic credentials include degrees from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2004 and 2011.
