David Cheung

David Cheung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development across multiple industries, including telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at ST Engineering since December 2021, David oversees the Product Development and Sales team, defining product strategy, developing core messaging, and identifying partnership opportunities. Previously, David held the role of Lead Product Manager at Lumen from October 2019 to December 2021, where key achievements included reducing costs and driving revenue growth across the APAC region. David's earlier career includes senior product management positions at Singtel, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial product portfolios and leading teams to innovate services. David's technical background includes project management roles at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and the Defence Science & Technology Agency, as well as engineering experience at Infineon Technologies. David holds a Master’s degree in Wireless Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Networking and Communication from the National University of Singapore.
