David Chow currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Public Safety & Security Business at ST Engineering since January 2021. With extensive experience in emergency management and safety planning, David has been the Chairman of the Queenstown Community Emergency & Engagement Committee (C2E) since 2010. Previously, David held roles such as Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager at ST Engineering Land Systems, and Director of Safety & Emergency Planning at Resorts World Sentosa. Further experience includes serving as Head of the Command & Staff Training Centre at the Civil Defence Academy and Head of Operations in the 3rd Civil Defence Division. David began a career in telecommunications as a Specialist in the 1st Signal Battalion, Singapore Armed Forces. Academically, David holds a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health from the Singapore Institute of Safety Officers, a B.Com (Hons) in Economics & Finance from Curtin University, and an Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning.
