Derrick Tan is a Principal Engineer in Business Development & Plans at ST Engineering since January 2024, previously serving as a Senior Engineer in Technology & Innovation and Naval Services. Derrick's experience includes leading projects focused on innovation, process improvements, and vendor management, with notable achievements such as implementing an autonomous store for workshop operations. Derrick has a background in diesel engine overhaul maintenance as part of the Submarine Support Group and began career training as an intern in various roles at ST Engineering, WiseWater, and All Link(21). Derrick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completed earlier education at Singapore Polytechnic.
