Eng Guan Tay

Eng Guan Tay has extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors, with a career spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Engines Services at ST Engineering, Eng Guan Tay has held various leadership positions within the company since December 2008, including roles as General Manager and Vice President. Prior to this tenure, Eng Guan Tay accumulated valuable experience at Honeywell from 1996 to 2008, where roles included Customer Business Leader for Asia and Integrated Supply Chain Director. The early career at ST Engineering involved technical engineering roles focused on electrical and accessories components. Eng Guan Tay holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, obtained between 1999 and 2001, as well as an educational background from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
