Eugene Wee is currently the Head of Advanced Technology (Dual Use) at ST Engineering, overseeing technology intelligence, acquisition, and partnerships since September 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure at A*STAR, where Eugene served as Director of Enterprise and Managing Director of A*ccelerate Venture Creation Pte Ltd, focusing on partnerships, new venture creation, and startup portfolio management from October 2008 to August 2022. Previous roles at A*STAR also encompassed corporate and strategic planning, organizational excellence, and public policy. Additionally, Eugene held positions at IDC as Research Manager and Market Analyst, and at IBM as a Market Intelligence Specialist. Eugene holds an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and completed the SMU-SID Directorship Programme at Singapore Management University, along with a BA in Management & Business Administration from the University of Reading.
