Harris Chan is currently the Executive Vice President at ST Engineering, where they oversee international business and naval and maritime security services. Previously, they served as the Group Chief Digital Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the same organization. Harris has held the position of Future System and Technology Architect at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their corporate roles, they presently contribute as the Honorary Secretary for Circumnavigator Singapore, Vice Chairman of the Board at Center For Fathering, and Chairman of Clementi CCC.
