Hazel Low

Hazel Low currently serves as the Head of Strategy Plans for Digital Systems at ST Engineering since March 2023, having previously held positions within the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore from August 2019 to February 2023, focusing on Capability Development and the Strategic Resource Policy Office. Prior to this, Hazel Low worked at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from April 2016 to August 2019, concentrating on Industry Development, and held the role of Programme Manager at DSTA between April 2011 and March 2016 as well as at the Ministry of Defence from 2009 to 2011, where strategic R&D planning was emphasized. Earlier experience includes project management at DSTA from 2004 to 2009, specifically within the Directorate of Research and Development, and research roles at DSO National Laboratories from 2000 to 2003.
