Heng KC has extensive experience in the aviation and engineering sectors, with a notable tenure at Thales Solutions Asia from August 2008 to December 2022 as a Senior Technical Manager, where the role involved managing a team of Engineers focused on Manufacturing Processes, Defect Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, and Component Failure Analysis for Avionics Box build activities. Currently, Heng serves as the Director - Head Technology at ST Engineering since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Workshop Engineer at Panasonic Avionics Corporation from 1999 to 2008, emphasizing operational efficiency and issue resolution.
