Holger Kirchner

Holger Kirchner serves as the President of ST Engineering since September 2022, focusing on leveraging technology and innovation for a secure and sustainable future. Prior to this role, Holger had an extensive career at Exyte from January 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included MD of Exyte Continental Europe and Senior Vice President of Operations. Holger also held the position of Managing Director at Exyte Central Europe from January 2018 to January 2020 and served various leadership roles within The Linde Group between February 2014 and December 2017, including Head of Corporate Strategy and Head of Global Electronics. Experience further includes key positions at Linde Gas from January 2009 to January 2014, VP of Marketing at City Solar in 2008, and multiple roles at Evonik from August 1997 to January 2008. Holger holds a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and has completed executive education at IMD and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
