Joanne Ching has over 28 years of experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at ST Engineering, specifically within the Land Defence Systems division. Joanne has held multiple leadership roles at ST Engineering, including overseeing human resources for Advanced Networks & Sensors and managing senior human resource operations, where significant achievements include the successful integration of various companies, establishment of HR systems in multiple countries, and contributions to obtaining prestigious quality awards. Additionally, Joanne has a background in project management and quality assurance from DSO National Laboratories, where responsibilities involved assisting in an Air System project and supporting project management efforts.
