Joshua Aiken

Joshua Aiken is a highly experienced manufacturing engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the engineering field. Currently serving as the Lead Manufacturing Engineer at ST Engineering since July 2025, Aiken previously held positions as a Mechanical Engineer at ATI Performance Products Inc. and as a Senior Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Significant contributions include leading new product developments for major power tools at Stanley Black & Decker, overseeing large programs for NASA at Orbital ATK, and providing design engineering support at Thomas Associates Inc. Aiken has a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, holding two Bachelor of Science degrees from Kettering University and GMI Engineering & Management Institute.
